Guide for Patent Applications
1. Patent Representation:
-to sign an Agency Contract in duplicate;
-to sign a Power of Attorney in duplicate.
2. Information about the inventor(s) and applicant(s):
- name(s), address(es) and nationality of applicant(s); code of
ID card for nature person and code of business license for legal
person;
- name(s), address(es) and nationality of inventor(s);
- name(s), address(es) and telephone number of contact.
3. Material for patent application
A) Design application
- A set of drawings or photographs comprising the front elevation,
rear elevation, top view, bottom view, right side view, left side
view (if not symmetrical), and perspective view, or the model
of the design;
B) Invention and Utility Model
- The title of the invention or utility model;
- technical field of the Invention or utility model;
- The background of the invention or utility model—to apply at
least one prior art which is most related to the invention, and
to describe the disadvantages of the prior art;
- The objects of the invention or utility model with reference
to the prior art;
- technical solution of the invention or utility model—description
of the detail structure of the product or the detail step of the
method;
- the advantageous effects of the invention or utility model;
- drawings (compulsory for utility model)—such as perspective
view, exploded view, cross-sectional view, etc.
- Embodiment of the invention or utility model: describing in
detail the optimally selected mode contemplated by the applicant
for carrying out the invention or utility model; where appropriate,
this shall be done in terms of examples, and with reference to
the drawings, if any.
